Why our charity?
Our non-profit Fund was established in late February 2022. We started our activities from across our International Association and turn them into a public charity since Russia's military aggression and the invasion began.
From our point of view, small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs), founded by our proud and democratic entrepreneurs, require considerably more support now than ever before.
Despite the battles against Putin’s military forces on the front lines, ruined houses and infrastructure, a lot of civilian death, and public destruction all around our country, our firms and companies still give jobs to millions of Ukrainians. By doing that, small and mid-sized industries give thousands of households a great chance to survive and to further support their families, kids, and relatives.
Most production facilities, human resources, and logistics, as well as small and mid-sized companies, have been destroyed by bombs and bullets from the Russian invaders.
In some territories, there is nothing left to restore. However, in safe zones, most Ukrainian entrepreneurs are still trying to rescue and serve their own businesses.
We appreciate all that efforts and look forward to further getting help from financial institutions and public initiatives.
The SME that is now trying to be born again requires significant financial support. In our view, that help must be powerful enough or even more powerful than that recently suggested to support the Ukrainian armed forces.
Our charitable organization gives you the possibility to kindly support our democratic land. By doing that, you will help our entrepreneurs in their most complicated, challenging times.

Where does your donation go?
Thanks to your donation, the SMEs will be able to rescue, rebuild and recover their businesses more effectively and in the shortest possible time.
We donate to entrepreneurs to bypass bureaucracy and sometimes corrupt barriers in obtaining financial help for the fast revitalization and further growth of their businesses during present military aggression.
Our charity support primarily those SMEs who meets Ukraine's most critical military needs:
- those who immediately require relocating their businesses in safety areas,
- those who are in urgent need of restoring their manufacturing capacities.
Following expenses can be reimbursed:
- for relocating infrastructure and facilities,
- for restoring logistics during relocation,
- for restoring manufacturing facilities and the machinery and equipment they house,
- for purchase of raw components, materials and instruments required to restart SME.
For other purposes defined in Ukrainian statute law as being charitable.
